Important message about Covid-19 from Feline Friends

This is our response to COVID-19 during the coronavirus lockdown period.

We are taking steps to ensure the safety of our team and volunteers and make sure our cats are well looked after. These steps include:

  • Not accepting rescued cats until further notice
  • Not carrying out home visits for potential cat adopters or fosterers until further notice
  • If you are interested in rehoming a cat, we would still encourage you to fill out the adoption form on our website. We will be in touch with you over the next few weeks to discuss the best way forward. We are still accepting donations, especially cat food and litter at this time. Please call us on 07778 314539 to discuss how to drop off your donations in a contactless manner.
  • Finally, please be mindful that vets may be struggling at the moment. They may not be able to provide all vaccines, treatments or non-emergency appointments. Please check with your local vet before to see what they are doing before taking your cat in or trying to book an appointment. Please be aware that you may not be able to get an appointment straight away.

Thank you to all our volunteers and partners for staying with us through this difficult time. Stay safe and enjoy the extra time with your feline friends at home!
